Elizabeth Haldane Court

HHP's latest new build development was finally unveiled to the public with an open viewing at Elizabeth Haldane Court. The development which is located on Church Street was designed by Gordon Anderson Associates and constructed by Uist Builders (Construction) Ltd. The 22 flats will now provide more affordable rented accommodation in Stornoway, which is currently in short supply. One of the flats will be made available for much needed Homeless temporary accommodation. Most of the flats have now already been allocated and it is hoped that HHP's newest tenants will be able to move in to their new homes during September.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Perceval Road Development

Progress is as programmed with a completion scheduled for Feb 2009.  Progress on site sees all timber frames to blocks erected and roofing works nearing completion.  First fix joinery and plumber work is underway throughout the units. The main site infrastructure connections including electrical and gas are due to complete shortly and external works including drainage and road works are at an earlier stage.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Gleann Dubh

Calmax Construction Ltd have just completed work on part of phase 2 of these semi-detached properties. These houses will be allocated in March 2008.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Gearraidh Ghuirm

An extra 2 houses in this scheme have just been completed by Alex Murray Construction. The 2 bedroom semi's are to be allocated w/c 12/11/07.

Work has just been completed by UBC finishing off these flats situated in Stornoway town centre. The flats will be allocated in early November.
